Golden Band’s talented singer Diana Namusoke has died, according to family sources.

We’re told Namusoke had a deadly cancer and went into hospice care a few weeks ago.

She was pronounced dead on Tuesday afternoon at Mirembe Medial Center located at Najjanankumbi, Lubaga Division, Kampala and her body has been taken to her home in Katale, Seguku along Entebbe Road.

We’re told it appears she died of a disease she has been battling for awhile … no foul play is suspected.

Namusoke was a standout at Eagles Productions and then moved to Golden Band until rumours started making rounds that she had cancer with undertones of other things. She also actually  sung in Matendo Band with Disan Kasasa, Justine Nantume of NBS and Alen Kakooza under the legendary Lord Fred Sebbata.

Some of her songs are Driver , Silikyusa among others. She is survived by a single son.
