The event has now become a Kampala tradition, with thousands of fun-loving merry makers looking forward to it annually. This year’s UG Mix Dance Party will double as the event’s 15th anniversary celebration. Balaam Barugahare, renowned event organizer and city promoter, has promised that this year’s edition will be even bigger and better with unrivalled entertainment and a number of new surprises to add some flair to the party.

With city dwellers returning to town from the Christmas holiday, thousands of revelers are expected to turn up for the biggest end of year party that has been sponsored by Uganda Waragi over the years and that gets wilder with every other edition.

Tickets are selling at Ugx 10,000 for Ordinary and Ugx 50,000 for VIP. Uganda Waragi’s prestigious cocktail bar will be present at the event, and will be serving #SOUG and other innovative cocktails that were on offer during the recently concluded Kampala Cocktail Week.

Uganda Police Force has guaranteed security at the event.
