Miss Tooro, Leah Kagasa was over the weekend crowned Miss Uganda 2016/17 – taking the crown from Zahara Muhammad Nakiyaga.
Kagasa, a student of marketing at Makerere University Business School (MUBS) is set to graduate later this month.
The event was held yesterday through to today morning at Serena hotel, Kampala.
