Eddy Kenzo has won the award for Favorite African Star at the Nickelodeon Kids’ Choice Award
Winners were announced yesterday (Sunday) and Kenzo (real name Edrisa Musuuza) beat off competition like Nigeria’s Davido and Emmanuella (comedian), Cassper Nyovest and Caster semenya from South Africa and Tanzania’s Diamond Platnumz.
Kenzo, who did not fly out for the awards, gave his acceptance speech though a recorded video shot in his studio.
