Zuena Kirema is ready to pop — and she’s got the ballooning stomach to prove it.
The 36-year-old, who is expecting her fifth child with fiancé Moses Ssali alias Bebe Cool and once again, Zuena has embraced her curves during her pregnancy.
Her body structure was in full view on Saturday during a charity campaign #SaveBabyKayla in Naguru, Kampala.
Zuena flies to the US whenever she is about to push.
