President Yoweri Museveni critic turned diehard Mulindwa Muwonge has been laid to rest today afternoon at this ancestral home in Mwalo, Kyabakuza Masaka.
The Radio personality died of hypertension at Nsambya, where he had been hospitalized for the last one week. He breathed his last at around midday on Wednesday. Muwonge was the station manager of Star FM, a subsidiary of the government owned Uganda Broadcasting Corporation (UBC).
A vigil was held his home Wednesday in Nalumunye in Mutundwe before today’s sendoff in Masaka.
