Aging Ugandan jetsetter Zari Hassan and her Bongo Flava boyfriend Diamond Platinumz have confirmed that the wedding bells are on the lines soon.
We’re told in an interview with Tanzania-based Clouds FM, Zari said that her much younger fiancé and father of two youngest children had agreed to travel to Kampala and meet his family officially (Kukyala in Luganda).
To nobody’s surprise, everyone he cross-generation lovebirds have been in a relationship for close to three years now having first met in South Africa where their love blossomed.
The earlier hint came Diamond Platinumz took to social platform through Face time Application to drop the hint via a post on a picture he posted, of him getting cozy with Zari.
“A Morning Convo (Conversation) with my beautiful wife to be…. taking Blessings on what we about to do today…She always makes me Smile…. Love you so Much Mama tee @ZaritheBossLady Nkwagara Nyo,” he captioned.
It’s unclear exactly when the couple will wed but according to Isaac Katende alias Kasuku a top city radio presenter, the dates in March and April have been earmarked as the fence months for this to happen.
Sources tell us the ‘Utanipenda’ hit maker has never married before as opposed to Zari Hussein who will be going for her second marriage after tying the knot with her father of three sons Ivan Ssemwanga in traditional marriage in 2014 having been together for over twelve years.
