Victoria University to hold graduation ceremony

The second graduation ceremony of the Victoria University is to held in Bukoto on the on April 7, 2017.

To be be presided over by the Chancellor Dr. Martin Aliker a distinguished speaker and trained surgeon, the ceremony will run from 7:00 – 12:30pm at Kabira Country Club.

21 Ugandans and international students will receive Degrees and Diplomas in various disciplines like Public Health, Business Management, and Computer Science among others.

The ceremony will feature performances and special presentations from the current students.

Victoria University-Uganda was established in 2011 by Edulink Holdings Limited, a private company that invests internationally in tertiary institutions of higher education.

In September 2013, business mogul Sudhir Ruparelia took over its ownership in a multi-billion deal.

In the bid to strengthen their position as one of the leading Universities in Uganda, renowned academicians and practitioners have been hired. Dr Terry Kahuma former Executive Director Uganda National Bureau of standards (UNBS) is the Dean faculty of Science &Technology, Dr Krishna Sharma Dean Faculty of Health Science have joined Victoria University.
