It is that time of the year yet again for the world to celebrate the birth of an iconic spiritual figure Jesus Christ. The month of December is used by Christians around the world to celebrate the deity.

A multitude of people use this time of the year to go on vacation with family and friends in different parts of the world. And in Uganda, the case is not any different as people use the festive season to holiday and rethink their lives.

The hotel sector also uses this festive season to give back to their customers with discounts and top notch customer care. The competition for hotels to attract customers is also high at the time and hotels do all they can to be the preferred destination.

Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort and her sister hotel Speke Resort have taken no time to reveal their festive discounts on accommodation to enable their local and international customers to celebrate this festive and end the year on the high.

Ajit Singh, the Rooms Division Manager, Speke Resort and Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort, in an email to their customers shared the specially designed price list for the festive season.

“At Speke Resort & Munyonyo Commonwealth Resort we understand what our valuable guests want from us; considering which we have come up with accommodation packages that include almost everything for this Festive Season,” said Ajit Singh.

The Festive Season Accommodation Packages will commence on 13th December 2019 and end 5th January 2020. The rates are on full board basis per night (breakfast, lunch & dinner but no drinks) including a 30 minutes boat ride and 10 minutes pony ride for children.

Between 13th December to 23rd December and 26th December to 5th January 2020 guests will only pay $139 for one guest in single deluxe room, $188 for two guests in double deluxe room, $219 for two guests in one bedroom suite and $250 for two guests in either Superior or executive room.

For the executive suite (two guests), presidential cottage (four guests) and presidential suite (four guests), guests will pay $436, $498 and $684 respectively. Extra person is provided with a mattress on a full board basis for $68 per night.

And on 24th and 25th December, guests will pay $176 for one guest in single deluxe room, $262 for two guests in double deluxe room, $293 for two guests in one bedroom suite, $324 for two guests in superior room and executive room, $510 for two guests in executive suite, $647 for four guests in presidential cottage and $832 for four people in presidential suite.
