But it was on Christmas Day, 25th December, that real action was witnessed with a number of festive season activities taking place.
By midafternoon, parents and guardians had started arriving and pitching camp in the gardens where the hotel had set activities for the ongoing annual Christmas Kid’s Carnival.
The carnival which started on 15th December 2019 is running up to 6th January 2020 at the hotel in Munyonyo. The camp comes with different daily activities to stimulate the children’s social life.
The kids enjoyed bouncing castles, swings, face painting and were treated to a nice lunch. The toddlers will continue to enjoy the good times at the resort hotel for two more weeks.
And like it has always been the case in the previous years, the sister hotels organized what they call Around the World Christmas Lunch Buffet.
Guests from all around the world a taste of what Uganda has to offer in the culinary world. The hotel chefs assembled a mouthwatering Christmas menu.
And to crown the night, the hotels also brought the a-game when they assembled another menu masterpiece for the Christmas dinner at Nyanja restaurant. The food was amazing.
All-day long, a live band, one of the finest in town, was at hand to accompany the festivities with befitting grovy and melodious music.
