Just a day after the appointment of new Inspector General of Police, Okoth Ochola, more changes have been made in the police ranks.
According to the new police reshuffles, Superintendent of Police Patrick Onyango is the new deputy Police spokesperson, under Emilian Kayima.
New changes have also been made in the police command of several districts like Ibanda, Rukiga, Kasese, Ntungamo, Kamuli, Busia, Abim, Luweero, Kamwenge, Sheema, Mbarara, Masindi, Soroti, Ngora, Bukedi, Kamuli and Buvuma.
Regions like Savannah, Wamala, Kampala Metropolitan area and various police departments have also been affected.
On Sunday, President Yoweri Museveni announced Okoth Ochola as the new IGP, replacing his former boss, General Kale Kayihura.
