Centre back Savio Kabugo struck in the 76th minute to earn promoted Proline FC a point, as they drew their eighth match in ten 1-1 with Sadolin Bugembe on Tuesday evening.
The opening exchanges proved to be a dull affair, as both sides struggled to carve out chances in the opening 20 minutes.
The heat certainly took its toll on the players, as there was no urgency in their game and neither side took control of the game.
Mujib Kasule would not have been a happy man, with his charges needlessly giving away possession, while their decision-making in the final third was not up to par.
Sadolin scored first in the 75th minutes through a Nomarn Ojik beautifully taken effort after receiving a long through ball that found Proline’s centre backs flat footed, exposing the helpless Saidi Keni in goal.
Proline were eventually rewarded one minutes later when an un-marked Kabugo headed home from close range to secure a point the visitors.
Proline move two places up to ninth with 11 points while Sadolin are three down with 10.
