Sadolin Paint parent company, Akzo Nobel, a premier global paints and coatings manufacturer, has launched new exterior paints in Uganda.

From the Grand Masters of protection, Sadolin Wallguard ® is a breathable, water-repelling finishing coat with Mouldex technology that allows the easy escape of harmful moisture. Able to withstand extreme weather conditions and surfaces exposed to high humidity and condensation. Smooth finish with exceptional dirt shedding properties.

Commenting on the new products, Nathalie Sweeney, Marketing Director AkzoNobel Sub-Sahara Africa, said: “We are thrilled to have Sadolin Paint brand in Uganda as our platform to launch Wall Guard, leading a range that features products for roofs and walls as well as specialist solutions to address the damaging effects of humidity.”

“Wallguard is a superior performing exterior paint that does not compromise on quality,” Ms Sweneey stresses.

“With its superb technological formulation, the paint delivers a lasting 5-years-plus performance and withstands the highest humid conditions, ensuring walls are protected month after month, year after year.

Sadolin Wallguard features unique MouldexMoisture Resist technology.

Deon Nieuwoudt, the Commercial Director East Africa at AkzoNobel said as Grand Masters of protection since 1907, Sadolin does not only provide superior paints to the customers but also meet their modern colour need. Our commitment to the East African region and the continuation of its Decorative brand in Uganda can meet whatever is the customers’ choice and needs in this regard.

“Paint has gone beyond just Colour; it now entails hygiene, protection, beatification and identification.”

Sadolin is Uganda’s number one paint brand offering quality paints to Ugandan homes and businesses.
