Rwakakamba leaves Museveni office empty

Special Presidential Advisor (Research and Information), Morrison Rwakakamba has resigned from his office to focus on ‘non-state duties’, TheUgandan reports.

The outspoken Rwakakamba wrote to President Yoweri Museveni  on April 18, 2017, saying in part; “I have made a decision to re-join the non-state sector to focus on Agricultural production, public policy inquiry and international public interest consulting.”

Married to Rita Rwakakamba, the Makerere University graduate of International Relations and Diplomatic Studies is a father of twins; Morgan Rwakakamba and Maguire Rwakakamba and two beautiful daughters Valerie Kobusingye and Melisa Karungi, Rwakakamba fresh from graduating from Harvard University, the world’s most prestigious institution of learning and networking, a development was  appointed head of Government Citizen Interaction Center (GCIC) that is  initiated and is supported by Ministry of ICT & National Guidance to drive open Government activities.

Born in from Nyeibingo, Kebisoni, Rukungiri district in South Western Uganda, Rwakakamba is re-joining the non-state sector to focus on Agriculture.
