Buganda Road court has further adjourned the murder case of the nine people who are on remand at Luzira prison for the alleged kidnap and murder of Susan Magara.
This is after state prosecutor Patricia Cingtho informed Grade One Magistrate Robert Mukanza that Police inquiries into the matter are still on-going, and therefore ample time should be accorded to police to wind up investigations, and have the suspects committed to the High Court for Trial.
The suspects have however raised concerns about their relatives who include wives, sisters and children whom they claim were arrested, but their where-abouts are unknown.
The magistrate has however advised them to seek the services of an advocate, who will raise their concerns before the High Court.
They have been ordered to return to court on 12th July 2018.
