The Police has launched investigations into the kidnap of Ugandans and foreigners allegedly by operatives of the Internal Security Organisation.

The investigations come shortly after another person who was reported kidnapped, re-appeared and claimed that she had been taken by ISO and detained for five days.

Nganga Bibiche Bola, a Congolese National was reportedly kidnapped on 23rd February and resurfaced last evening.

In a statement to police, Nganga revealed that she was picked from Makindye by men dressed in military attire and carrying guns, whom she believes were ISO operatives.

According to the Police Spokesperson Emilian Kayima, the force is to investigate the individuals who picked her and their motives.

This is not the first time the police force has gone on a wild goose chase, searching for people reported missing, and later are informed that they are in the hands of ISO, a sister security agency.
