Music fraternity mourns fallen musician Denis Rackla

The entertainment industry woke up to news of the sudden demise of  singer and song writer Denis Mpima, commonly known as Denis Rackla.

The Tugenda kusula mungato hit maker died on Friday night after a head on collision with a Police Van while coming from his farm in Kayunga.

He died moments after reaching Mulago National Referral Hospital where his mother whom he was traveling with was discharged with minor injuries.

Rackla has been one of the RnB singers in Uganda’s music industry for over 12 years since 2004 when he recorded his first album “Maria Rosa”.

Many people including famous musicians have sent in heartfelt condolences to the family of the late.

Singer Maureen Nantume also wrote on her facebook wall: “This is unbelievable he’s gone too soon bambi. RIP DENNIS RACKLA”.

While Uganda’s only BET award winner Eddy Kenzo said “We will forever miss you DENIS Bambi Gone too soon Talented man.”

The Music industry will forever remember you brother. Till we meet again. Rest in peace.
