The Minister of Health Dr. Ruth Aceng has cautioned District Councils against misusing funds that have been borrowed by government to implement its programmes saying they are causing a losses which will even be felt by the future generation.
Aceng who was presiding over the Results Based Financing Programme National Stakeholders Orientation meeting said the World Bank lends government funds for health projects but they are unspent yet they attract an interest hence causing losses to the country.
She added that some districts are victims of shoddy work and lack services despite having received the funds to improve on health services.
