Uganda Cranes coach Milutin Sredojevic finds this kind of trip to be particularly motivating.
His last trip to West Nile unearthed the star in Cranes forward Shaban Mohammed and created hype for his Onduparaka Football Club as they ascended to Uganda’s top-tier football league – UPL.
Now the Serbian tactician has named the final select national squad that will face off with the select West Nile team at the Bar Okoro stadium in Zombo on Sunday.

According to local football governing body, Fufa’s official website, Micho named the team on Friday afternoon after the final session held at the Phillip Omondi stadium in Lugogo.
Only 2 players from the university league and 6 from the FUFA Big league make the cut

“Uganda is a goldmine of talent” Micho told the media at Lugogo in a special press conference he announced the squad.

Ibrahim Saddam Juma and Muhammed Shaban are captain and vice captains respectively.
These regional tours are sponsored by Airtel Uganda and Nile Special
