Iron sheets maker, Uganda Baati has marked a new chapter in its business customer service innovation by launching a new new customer service centre at its headquarters in Nakawa Industrial Area on Monday.

Officiating at the launch ceremony as guest of honour, the Mayor of Nakawa Division in Kampala Capital City, Eng. Ronald Balimwezo Nsubuga, said the launch of the new service centre will save clients’ time and sort out complaints, which he said reduces the cost of doing business.

Uganda Baati customers will now be served faster and better following the company’s launch of a new customer service centre at its headquarters.

“I love the innovations by Uganda Baati’s brilliant guys like Business Head, Mr. George Arodi who has just given me a maiden tour of the new Customer Service Centre. “The new service centre is a milestone in the company’s history and for the people of Nakawa,”  Mayor Balimwezo told TheUgandan.

He added: “This kind of arrangement is the best for doing business and it will go along way saving time for my Nakawa voters and all Ugandans happy while buying products. You know time is money.

The roofing sheets and steel building giantwhich is part of the Safal Group, had days earlier launched its Entebbe Road showroom and sales office at Paka Complex, in Zana town,  to add to existing ones across the country in the districts of Mukono, Fortportal, Mbarara, Lira, Arua,  Mbale and Jinja.
