People are believed to be injured following reports of two explosions at Kooki towers, opposite Central Police Station in Kampala and another near near Parliament.
Some vehicles near parliament have been filmed burning as a result of the explosions.
Uganda has witnessed explosions in the recent one month, have claimed lives and left some people injured.
