We have also established that the trailer was being driven by a 35-year old Abdul Wasswa whom the employees talked of as a ‘reckless driver’ who enjoys over speeding.
The management refused to speak to us and referred us to their insurance company.

“We are very sorry about what happened but the insurance company and our lawyers are handling the matter,” Patel said.
The Ugandan has exclusively learnt that the trailer was comprehensively insured and this implies that the affected families shall be compensated by the insurance company once the paperwork is done.
