KCCA players, staff to wash cars for mothers

Local football giants KCCA FC under their KCCA Foundation in partnership with Zak Sports have today launched a charity drive to help ailing mothers and babies at Naguru Hospital.

The city side will have a carwash and a practice game at their Philip Omondi Stadium in Lugogo on 1th, 19th and 25th November.

Event organizer Gloria Namakula told press at Lugogo that all proceeds from da here collections would go towards charity.

The organizers and partners agreed that all proceeds from the gate collections would go towards charity and identified the Maternity Ward (Mothers, Babies and Midwives) at Naguru Hospital.

However, the foundation believes that a car wash and other activities bring more partners and involvement to the table and create awareness in the noble activities of giving back to our own communities.

The big cars will for Shs100,000/=, the small cars Shs50,000/= while motorcycles and bicycles will be washed for Shs20,000/=.

FOL Logistics has already supported the cause with 500Kgs of rice for the mothers, the babies and midwives.
