“The single biggest challenge facing the Uganda Police is the dominant negative attitudes, values etc which can only be sustainably cured through political education,” Kayihura wrote to senior officers on Tuesday.

Kasingye also made his public his sacking in a twitter message, saying he will be moving to the police commissariat to concentrate on his role as the chief political commissar of the Uganda Force. “…I will be taking leave of spokesman function to concentrate on commissariat work,” Kasingye confirmed.

Hahahaha. I won’t have the leisure to do that as I will be taking leave of Spokesman function to concentrate on Commissariat work. https://t.co/8bFYL8w0a3
