The Minister without portfolio Abdul Nadduli says there is need for a total overhaul of police to make it more accountable to the public.
Speaking to journalists at his office today, Nadduli said there is widespread human rights violation done by the police which he says is very dangerous to the country.
He added that there is need for the entire police force to be taken for training in Army barracks training areas starting from the top leadership.
According to Nadduli, the Police Force needs to be replaced by soldiers arguing that soldiers are well trained compared to policemen.
