Rubaga South MP Kato Lubwama who is battling a petition challenging his academic papers will as well be interrogated by the Judiciary after his disorderly supporters on Monday stormed court.
High Court Judge Margaret Oguli Oumo threatened to abandon the hearing before she ordered the embattled legislator to prevail over his supporters who were outside the court room shouting.
After the incident, Solomon Muyita a senior Communication officer in the Judiciary said; “We are going to summon Hon. Lubwama outside court and administration will engage him in further discussions.
“This is a growing trend and I think politicians are organising these people.
“These demonstrations don’t affect the court ruling however they distract other activities.

Mr Habib Buwembo, a concerned citizen petitioned the High Court challenging Mr Lubwama’s academic credentials on grounds that he failed Ordinary Level examinations which make him unfit to be an MP.
Prosecution wants Makerere to avail them with policies regarding its mature age entry examinations to establish whether the legislator sat and passed the exams before being admitted for a Diploma in Music Dance and Drama in 1992.

Justice Oguli adjourned the case to November 4, when she would rule weather Makerere University should be added on the list of respondents.
