Opposition Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) says is to engage the Police boss IGP Okoth Martin Ochola over what they termed as misinterpretation of the public management bill following the Rwampara saga.

Last week teargas rocked Nyamiyaga village in Bugamba Sub County as former Rwampara MP Vincent Kyamadidi announced his allegiance to the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party.

The FDC party president Patrick Amuriat Oboi addressing the media at the party headquarters noted that they have already written to the IGP seeking to meet him over the matter to avoid future contradictions over the same.

Amuriat explains that the confrontation that police staged at Rwampara should be discouraged from happening in future noting that political parties have the right to meet and consult their supporters and only notify police about their gathering.

eargas rocked Nyamiyaga village in Bugamba Sub County as former Rwampara MP Vincent Kyamadidi announced his allegiance to the Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) party. Kyamadidi formerly a member of the NRM lost the parliamentary seat in 2016.
