Gen Kale Kayihura, Uganda’s Inspector General of Police, has Friday been recognised by the United States Department of Justice for his role in combating international terrorism.
Gen. Kayihura was decorated by an the Federal Bureau of Investigations (FBI) at the National Police Headquarters in Naguru.
He was bestowed with a certificate in recognition of his services.
