Revered compére Alex Muhangi has used his influence to get top performers to come to Diners Lounge, Bukoto for tonight’s show.
First to perform at 2017’s first Comedy Store Uganda gig is Bebe Cool’s Gagamel Band just after city disc spinner, Dj Crim.
Next will be the turn of stand-up comedienne Kobusheshe who combines silly voices and a mad Rukiga stories to make people laugh and will be introduced by Muhangi himself.
Among Tamale Mirundi (real name Innocent Kafeero) stories will include one about how he has managed to survive in a brutal political environment.
The stage will once again be filled with a live performance featuring the unforgettable veteran stand-up Amooti Omubalanguzi will proceed popular TV personality Senga Nantume who has for years now established herself as an adult sex teacher as well.
Unrelaxed but entertaining duo of Madrat & Chiko will be on stage at exactly 9.40pm just before the experienced Salvado Idringi also throws his punchlines.
At 10.30pm, Busoga’s best comedian in recent times, MC Maraichi will perform and then Muhangi steps in to announce Kenya’s iconic Eric Omondi to crack the revellers’ ribs.
Finally, Bebe Cool will step on stage and take his fans through some of his latest and biggest hits like Love You Everyday, Byebyo, African Girl and Kabulengane.
Tax is Shs20,000, Shs50,000 in VIP and Shs1 million for a table.
