City tycoon Bemuga caught having sex with man's wife, almost kills him with gun (PHOTOS)

The Kanyamunyu-Akena incident also tapped into a potentially explosive factor that people from areas that went through a lot of pain.

Yet another sex induced murder almost happened in Kampala on Saturday involving Ben Mugasha, the proprietor of Kampala based Bemuga Forwarders Ltd who almost killed Emmanuel Asiimwe, a city car importer.

The bizzare incident all started when Asiimwe found the tycoon red-handed romping with his fiance Mirembe Jolly Bora at his Naalya home. The couple had been together for five years and Asimwe was paying school fees for Bora’s children.

Apparently, Asiimwe went home unexpectedly and found the tycoon in his bedroom naked. He had spent about 10 minutes outside while Ms Bora was busy with her tycoon not until the woman’s relative also joined him at the door.

The exclusive information and graphics obtained by TheUgandan shows that on seeing and recognizing him (Asiimwe), the adulterous tycoon reached for his gun and pointed it at him but the cheating wife stood between the two men and Asiimwe got an opportunity to hit Bemuga’s hand holding the gun and it fell down.

The fight ensued between the two men as Bemuga tried to reach for his gun. The tycoon tried to shoot Asiimwe but fortunately just the gun’s clip to try hurt in the scuffle, cutting a deep hole in his left arm making him (Asiimwe) bleed profusely.

In fear of losing his life as he had lost a lot of blood, he made an alarm which prompted Ms Bora to come and plead for his life before tycoon Bemuga; “Don’t shoot Emma” and luckily enough she stopped the tycoon from shooting him.

Since the victim was overbleeding, he called Police 911 and even the askari at the gate came to his rescue and gave him first aid before he proceeded to the nearby Naalya Police post to make a statement for attempted murder against Bemuga.

The unfortunate man could have lost his life had Police officers not rushed him to the nearby Malcolm Hospital in Naalya where he stayed on intensive medication and blood transfusion for 48 hours.

On Sunday, the tycoon is understood to have rushed to the same police post and bribed the officers on duty who changed the case first to grievous harm and then assault under reference number SD REF: 11/26:11/2016.

To save his skin and reputation, the shameless Bemuga has connived with Asimwe’s fiancé to implicit the victim in a house-break in caseand he was never aprehended neither did he make a statement.

The incident caused pandemonium in the neighborhood, as shop owners hurriedly closed for business in an attempt to give detectives information about how Bemuga had literally turned Asimwe’s house and wife into his own.

A witness said: “The man was returning from work as usual but this time came home early and found the big man’s car (Bemuga) blocking his gate, he parked outside and entered the gate, the next thing we had was a loud cry for help saying, ‘help me please they are killing me’.”

Asiimwe who is still nursing wounds says that he was disturbed by the turn of events and tried to inqiure from Police on 28 Monday but the officer on duty told him the case was too big for him because he invloved a high profile person, Bemuga, and therefore he had sent the file away to Kira Police station.

Our family source tells us that the tycoon offered a shs 20 million package to the woman in question who has since recorded a statement at Police post as well claiming that she had parted ways with Asiimwe a couple of years back before she started romping with Bemuga thus Asiimwe acted as a criminal and broke into his own house. To make matters worse, a couple of security operatives who are believed to be permanently on Bemuga’s payroll have called Asiimwe several times threatening to hurt him further if he does not back off.

“I feel my case is not being handled properly as the key people have not been arrested or given any statements,” Asiimwe laments adding, “I have no faith that i will have justice or protection from Bemuga becuase i fear for my life.”

The most shocking part is the fact that the Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesman Emilian Kayima and the Police spokesman Andrew Felix Kaweesi are oblivious and completely unaware of the matter.

“What are you talking about? You giving me news am completely unaware of that,” Kayima said on phone on Tuesday evening when our reporter contacted him for a comment about the attempted murder.
