Chameleone on Daniella divorce: “We are not Angels so no one is perfect
Share on FacebookShare on Twitter

This week has given rise to a flurry of talk that Joseph Mayanja alias Jose Chameleone and Daniella Atim are about to call time on their marriage.

But now the couple have hit back at the split talk, via a live Facebook broadcast.

“If Daniella has issues with me, whats the problem? We are all human. If Daniella takes me to court, what is wrong with that. Courts are a service, please be fair,” he tells fans live on Facebook, before joking that it’s tough to avoid online gossip because “people have been trying so hard to see my downfall.”

But Daniella Atim has filed for divorce. She reportedly filed it Tuesday afternoon, a petition number 72 of 2017, on April 18, 2017 at Nakawa court and Chameleone is to respond in 15 days.

TheUgandan broke the story … in March and there was next to zero chance of reconciliation. As we told you, Chameloene is blaming personal friend and music promoter Ronald Sipapa for failing his marriage after finding out that Sipapa is giving Daniela upkeep money.

Now,  Atim stated that in 2013 Chameleone started physically torturing her and sometimes he would go home drunk and beat her up without any reason. In order to hide the bruises and wounds on her face, she would allegedly go to hospitals for treatment, veil herself and sometimes run to her friends’ homes to hide from her husband. Daniella told court that her husband is ill-mannered and to protect herself from being killed, she has separated beds with him. Chameleone disrespects her before her children, is verbally abusive, constantly belittles her before them and physically abuses the children too.

But in Wednesday’s Facebook response, Chameleone was Daniella Atim didn’t say a word as she drove her husband and youngest son Ama to pick their other children from school.
