Lt. Gen Andrew Gutti, the head of Court Martial on Tuesday read out the sentence.

Kitatta was arrested during the three-day operation of January 19- 21, 2018 as a result of the need to arrest a prime suspect in the murder of the slain Case Clinic accountant, Francis Ekalungar.
