The gov’t has finally released a controversial report as it was requested by the deceased kids Sengooba K. Robert, Winnie Kyamulabi & the widow Florence K. Birungi.
The Kenyan police that had issued their preliminary report says the former Ugandan envoy in Tokyo, Japan, and Roma, Italy now late Bakayana John, was shot several times in the backand his PA in the head & chest.
Unverified reports had indicated that Police had been ordered from above not to release it to public but amid general public and foreign donors he succumbed to the pressure and thanks to Ugandan community in the United Kingdom who protested at Ugandan House, London.
Late Bakayana had served in various government departments and he’s a close friend of President Museveni though later they got disagreements. Its alleged that he had contributed a lot financially during the 1986 Gorilla war that brought President Museveni and others into power both had agreed on power sharing deal of only 10 years in office but President Museveni changed his mind as dictators do, a man who used to say that “the problem of African leaders is overstaying in power”
Eria Kategaya, Uganda Internal Affairs minister read the report amid heavy deployment of police and army, Anti-riot police was on alert to deal with protesters. The minister said that the Late’s attackers were briefly arrested and later fled on President’s orders. The minister agreed that the government would have released the report but he had ordered his ministry not to do so. Kategaya denied which portray government of trying to block the groups who’re demanding the report release. Government has never resisted or objected to to release Bakayana’s death report.
The minister said that the late was ordered by President to stay at home because he’s under investigations for subversion, disclosing government’s secrets to third parties (their American and European funders) who plan to destabilise the peace that we fought for in 1986.
“Bakayana breached section 130 (I) of the UPDF Act sharing info with enemy/enemies and We also got info that he had a big funding from abroad to establish gay communities in Uganda, He had also disrespected a joint security that was deployed at his home, Plot 231, Old Kampala to monitor his movements incase of escaping justice because he’s under pending investigations, the police officer who was with Bakayana in the car Range rover reg no UEE.001 had mental illness history he didn’t plan to kill as public say, release of this report clears government of any bad doings.”
It would give Ugandans a clear signal that whoever plans to destabilise Uganda, he or she will be crashed completely. We brought this country from far, we built institutions, NRM and President Museveni are here to stay, we’re not going anywhere we can’t give our country to sodomites, I hope that Sengooba and his mother are happy because they got what they’re demanding for,” Kategaya added that the reasons why the denied entry Scotland police was that Uganda police also have qualified investigators who should also exercise their skills, those who are not certified with the report should go report us to God, no court can try any of us or a sitting President.
