The body of Susan Magara, who’s been missing for over two weeks, has been found at the Southern bypass (off the Entebbe Express way).

Kampala Metropolitan Police Spokesperson, Luke Oweyesigyire confirmed that Magara was dead.

Last week the kidnappers purportedly demanded for the ransom of $1m which the family could not afford.

Magara was kidnapped by unknown people on her way home in Lungujja, Lubaga division.

A young woman at the age of 28, Magara worked as an administrator at a family business owned by her father, John Magara.

“It is just unfortunate because we were still trying to collect the money the kidnappers had asked as ransom,” Fiona Singura, Magara’s cousin told journalists on Tuesday after the family was contacted by police after the deceased’s discovery.

Susan Magara, a cashier at Bwendero Dairy Farm (BDF) in Hoima district, who went missing, her body has reportedly been found dumped in Kigo.
