A top boss in National Water and Sewerage Corporation is allegedly under fire from her family.
According to sources, Dr. Rose Kaggwa, the Direct Business and Scientific Services, is being blamed by some member of her family for allegedly practicing witchcraft.
They also claim that she is using the same to takeover family property.
A family member told sources that she practices tribalism at work.
One family member also added that sources in the water utility intimated to them that Dr. Kaggwa is extremely selfish. “She’s selfish, doesn’t care to uplift others especially the welfare of her colleagues.”
It is alleged that Ph.D. holders in her department receive scorn from her as part of their daily dose of ‘muwogo’ eventually reduced to desk officers, yet they would be heavily beneficial to the water and sanitation sector. Some have reportedly left because they cannot stomach her behavior.
The sources add that this discrimination extends to gender in addition to tribe.
In the corridors of NWSC, there were already whispers with her name mentioned about the ATWASAN Project in Northern Uganda. The project earmarked to extend services is said to have been marred by claims of mismanagement.
These details follow reports that Rose in her 50s, has been supplying ‘water’ to her driver, only identified as Moses.
They add that, Dr. Kaggwa, who is not married and unfortunately childless, and the driver have been secretly painting the covid city red with love, with the latter bombarding her bearded meat.
The pair’s love has unfortunately interfered with their work ethics, leaving many colleagues disgruntled.
“Since she has no man to call her husband, Dr Kaggwa and the driver have been booking penthouses in the city where they do bad manners. We wouldn’t mind if she chewed her driver’s gologo in peace, but for her to turn to mistreat her juniors, is unacceptable,” a source in the NWSC corridors told us on condition of anonymity.
The position also gives her the platform to nurture or destroy careers of budding employees, though sources say, she has chosen the latter, making her public enemy number on in her department.
As Director of the department, she is responsible for the overall coordination and implementation of training and capacity development programmes in the NWSC that ensure enhancement of knowledge, skill and ability of staff; research and innovative activities within the organization in a way that derives maximum value for the corporation; oversees all water quality management for the 135 towns served by the corporation; has led the consultancy arm for the NWSC for the last ten years in partnerships across Africa, Asia and the Carribbean, marketing of NWSC in local and international fora; active participation in executive management and decision making.
Whenever you hear about men dating older women, it’s often talked about like it’s a way to “mix things up” sexually. Rarely do you hear about men who specifically want to sleep with women 15+ years older than them as more than just a cougar. But surely plenty of those men exist.
Because of the said happiness she is now getting from swallowing Moses’ young and active whopper, Dr Kaggwa is reportedly allover the moon, literally stepping on her colleagues’ heads.
“She has suppressed promotions of many in her department, and as a result, many have been left with no option but to quit. She is rude with staff, mean and only cares about her own wellbeing,” a source in her department told us.
Her behavior, we are told recently prompted her seniors to attempt to talk to and call her to order, but their overtures were in vain as she was not willing to listen to any of them.
Because of enjoying the bearded meat of a PHD holder, Moses the driver, has reportedly alienated himself from his fellow drivers, who he now views as ‘muntu wa wansi.’
“Moses came to NWSC literally pleading to survive, but how he now thinks he is a director because of chewing one, baffles us,” the source reveals.
Her colleagues live in shock daily, realizing that one of their bosses, well learned and travelled could opt to be bonked by a driver, 20 years her junior, despite her wealth.
Sources reveal, she has properties spread allover upscale city suburbs like Muyenga, Lubowa etc and is said to have used her influence to grab family assets.
Her misdemeanors in the family do no stop at her trying to snatch assets, but sources reveal she has tried unsuccessfully, to snatch her sister’s kids to fill the gap left by her childlessness.
Dr Kaggwa, we are told by sources is a firm believer in the power of ‘African Chemistry’ whose powers she consults to act the way she does.
“It’s unfortunate that she has turned to black magic to help her day-to-day activities. We have to suffer because of that,” a source at NWSC told us.
