Murder accused Pine car bond proprietor Muhammad Ssebuufu returned to court on Tuesday.

Prosecution led by Micheal Ojok has presented its 6th witness; Police Doctor Emmanuel Nuwamanya who has testified that he examined Sebuufu and his co-accused, and found them to be of sound mental status, with no fresh physical injuries.

Key among the previous witnesses was one, Amon Twesigye a legal assistant from Tumwebaze Atugoza  and Kobusingye advocates who testified that he also escaped the wrath of Sebuufu on the day Donah Betty Katusabe was murdered.

Twesigye told court that he had gone to rescue Katusabe who was a client at their law firm, and found her locked in a room at Pine Car bond where the accused led by Ssebuufu were kicking her on the breasts and private parts.

Ssebuufu and 7 others are accused of murdering business-woman Donah Betty Katusabe, over a Shs9 million car debt.

The suspects also face charges of kidnap and robbery of Katusabe’s phone worth Shs300, 000.
