As tension escalate over the impending amending of the 1995 Uganda Constitution, former Forum for Democratic Change (FDC) presidential candidate, Dr Kizza Besigye (L) and president Yoweri Museveni of the National Resistance Movement (NRM) are expected in Igara East County in Bushenyi District to campaign for their respective candidate.
