A security guard was lynched for shooting one dead at Arua Park, downtown Kampala where traders are demonstrating over hike of rental fees in arcades.
The strike by traders today at Superior Complex was aimed at showing their dissatisfaction with the hike in rental fees.
The traders were dissatisfied over rent hike from sh1.5m to sh2.5m imposed by the landlord, a one Bosco Muwonge.
Central Police Station chief, Joseph Bakaleke, confirmed the unfortunate incident.
