Former UPDF spokesman, Lt Col Paddy Ankunda has eaten big in a latest army reshuffle by the commander in chief and President Museveni.

This is a third reshuffle within two months in the UPDF. The latest reshuffle was announced on Saturday by the Chieftaincy of Personnel and Administration.

In the changes, the former army spokesperson, Lt Col Paddy Ankunda has been sent to the Chieftaincy of Military Intelligence as the Director of Strategic Communication, a new directorate formed in 2017.
