Four suspected Robbers with Pangas broke into the house of a one Ntegge(was not home) an electrician by profession through the windows, in Kivumbi Nassana Zone at around 2am.
The robbers found Ntegge’s wife a one Nyakaisiki Roy a business woman plus their children who made a very big alarm that alerted the neighbors .

The robbers asked the Nyakaisiki to give them the keys to the Toyota harrier parked in the garage.
She told the thugs that she was to give them all the money they needed but that should spare their lives and leave the car.  The robbers insisted that she couldn’t pay them more than they had been given to take the car.

The locals gathered outside the house, when they realised that there was no sound from inside the house, they thought their neighbor had been killed. So they peeped through the windows and realised the thugs where still inside. They made a big alarm which helped to bring more people in big numbers. The thugs tried to escape with the car but fell into trench trench because of stones wwhich were being thrown at them from all Angles. The mob managed to get two of the thugs and burnt them to ashes while other two managed to escape.
By the time our police in Nassana reached the scene the suspects had been burnt so we managed to get the 2 bodies and take them to Mulago.

“We just want to appeal to the public that Mob injustice is against our laws and they should refrain from such. Police should be called upon to handle such incidences.” said ASP Kangave
